Delivery policy
We aim to complete delivery within the chosen time frame selected by you upon checkout. However, you acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. For your convenience, you will receive communication prior to delivery. If your recipient is not available to receive the order, our logistic team will contact the recipient to seek for further instructions. If the recipient cannot be reached within 10 minutes of the courier’s arrival, the plants and flowers will be re-delivered back to our shop and a re-delivery fee will be charged to the sender.
Most plants will be delivered in 7-10 working days after receiving the order confirmation. For special species plants (plants from abroad), cut-off is every Thur, they will be delivered in 10-20 days after receiving the order confirmation.
# During holiday seasons : The delivery teams start getting occupied usually 3 weeks before Christmas and 3 weeks before Chinese New Year. The delivery time of regular plants will be further extended to another 7-10 working days. We may also have a cut-off time for regular plants before CNY. If you have a plan to purchase plants before holidays, please be aware of any special delivery arrangements.
Delivery Costs and Coverage : FREE delivery service to HK island, Kowloon or New Territories (excluding outlying islands) for single purchase of $3,000 or above.
For single purchase orders below $3,000, below delivery cost will be charged to customers
Kowloon : $100 per trip
New Territories : $150 per trip
Hong Kong Islands : $180 per trip
Tung Chung : $250 per trip
Airport, Discovery Bay : $370 per trip
For floor plants, we will charge a staircase fee, $25 per pot per floor will be charged additionally if our team cannot access the delivery location by elevator / lift.
Fresh Flower Orders:
Order payment one day in advance before 12:00for same-day delivery.
Fresh Flower & Plants Orders:
Delivery within the chosen schedule either 10-2pm or 2-6pm.
For specific time delivery arrangements, an extra fee of $100 will occur during checkout.
Curated Blossom Subscription Orders:
Deliver every Friday, either within 10-2pm or 2-6pm delivery schedule.
For specific time delivery arrangements, an extra fee of $100 will occur during checkout.
Reschedule must be notified to us 48 hours before the delivery date.
Gift items:
The product will be delivered or self-pickup by customers at the shop.
For self-pick up products at the shop, the customer is required to pick it up within 7 days after the product self-pick up date.
BeeFlo Limited reserves the right to handle the product if it is not picked up within 7 days after self-pick up date without prior notice to the customer.
To ensure successful delivery, please make sure that the delivery address & contact number is accurate and complete.
